Frequently Asked Shipping Questions

Can I track my order?
If you selected one of our express delivery options such as UPS 2-Day, then you can check its status on Where is My Order? page and track your order as it leaves our warehouse facilities makes its way to your door.

What kind of packaging does my order come in?
Nutrilevels.com products are shipped in envelopes and boxes with only our address on the mailing label.

Why can’t I select Priority or Express Mail for shipping?
Priority and Express Mail are provided solely for orders to be delivered to a P.O. Box as a way to give those customers a faster option than standard delivery.

When will my order be shipped?
See the status of your order. Express delivery options such as UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2-Day Air and Priority Mail are shipped on the same day, if your order is received by 3 pm PST. Standard delivery orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. During checkout, our shipping options will indicate when you will receive your order.

Will UPS deliver my order on the weekend?
The UPS Next Day and UPS 2-Day shipping options are for business days only. UPS Saturday Delivery may be offered during checkout for specific zip codes. UPS also does not deliver on most holidays.

Do I need to sign for my order?
Nutrilevels.com requires signature of your order that include item(s) priced $100 or more, or when orders exceed $250.
